PRIVACY POLICY

YORE.S ("we", "our", or "us") operates the YORE.S iOS application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We keep it straightforward.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you submit an inquiry or order form
• Order details including service type, garment descriptions, and special instructions
• Tags and pins you add to gallery media

Information collected automatically:

• Apple ID user identifier when you sign in with Apple (we never receive your real email unless you choose to share it)
• Gallery media interaction data — views, likes, and pins — associated with your Apple ID
• In-app purchase receipts processed by Apple's StoreKit

Device permissions we may request:

• Photo Library — only when you choose to save a photo or video to your camera roll. We do not read your existing photos.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To respond to inquiries and process service orders
• To display your activity in the gallery (likes, pins, tags)
• To verify and restore your in-app purchases
• To authenticate your identity via Sign in with Apple
• To improve the app experience

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. SIGN IN WITH APPLE

Authentication is handled entirely through Apple's Sign in with Apple service. We receive only an opaque user identifier from Apple — we never have access to your Apple ID password. If you choose to hide your email, Apple provides a private relay address instead.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment card information. Purchase receipts are verified through StoreKit to unlock purchased content within the app. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Inquiry and order data is transmitted over HTTPS to our servers at mildfun.com and roriproduction.com. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain inquiry and order data as long as necessary to fulfill your request and for reasonable business recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

YORE.S is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app interacts with the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases and receipt validation
• Apple Sign in with Apple — authentication
• Apple Photo Library — user-initiated saves only

We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
